I LOVE seeing my SCP newborns grow up and come see me for their milestone sessions! Miss A is an SCP newborn (I’ll give you a hint – she’s featured as the little newborn all wrapped up in the white braided wool on the main website slideshow! ….one of my favorite images ever) who is now sitting up on her own so we combined her milestone session with a family session one sun-drenched early fall evening. Big brother was so proud to stand over his new baby - watching, wondering, beaming with love. You could tell he’s already taking his new role seriously (with a little curiosity and a lot of sweetness).
These newborn sessions are some of my favorites, especially when siblings get to shine too. This family brought so much tenderness to the studio, and I loved every moment behind the camera.

When your first assistant moves to another state and then comes back one weekend for a little visit, you make time for a photoshoot! I love this family SO much and have been documenting them since their firstborn was a newborn. What a gorgeous evening we had together.
