Newborn Photography CT – Ella Grace’s Newborn Portrait Session Faves

Sweet little Ella Grace is a rainbow baby and I was so excited to use this gorgeous neutral hand-made rainbow from PINKYTINKS which I had her custom make recently to match my more neutral style of shooting.

If you don’t already know my obsession with Lela’s Props, this post is chalk full of her exquisite hand-made work including couture wardrobe on baby and custom head pieces throughout, including this first image’s entire outfit and headband.  The second image – froggy pose – is the same outfit with a gorgeous bonnet hand-made from Lela.

Luneberry is my go-to for flokatis that are hand-died to be the perfect colors without having to change anything in post-process.  This new dusty rose flokati is one of my faves now! Baby Bliss Props created the most gorgeous floral halo for this look below:

Its pretty awesome when I get a client who lives a mile or two away from me – the short drive makes the morning of newborn session a lot easier.  But more than 50% of my clients drive MORE than hour to my Canton CT home studio for their newborn sessions.

We have a private portal for all booked clients to access.  This private portal contains a very detailed Day-of-Session Prep Guide to follow for newborn sessions.  Following the prep guide closely typically results in a more sleepy, calm and posed session.  Its particularly important to follow the prep guide if you have a longer drive to the studio or the baby is more than 2 weeks new 🙂
