CT baby photographer | Itty Bitty Mini Moon Session Favorites!

If you’ve been to my studio, you know my laundry closet is down there too – which comes in handy for washing everything in between newborn sessions!…not that newborns ever have accidents in my studio! 😉 So one day, I was doing laundry and my tag-along 18-month daughter was down there with me exploring the studio nearly-naked, just dragging her favorite blankee around. She hopped up in the new moon prop Randy made me and so I RAN to grab her little lambie and my camera. I just LOVED the resulting image, capturing her baby innocence with her two favorite sleepy things: her lambie and blankee. I posted the image on a photography forum I’m part of and couldn’t believe the response from photographers LOVING the idea of a BIGGER moon prop (typically, they’re much smaller for newborns). I have had numerous inquiries to do more Mini Moon sessions so I will set another date later in the year when things aren’t so hectic. And for any of my upcoming clients having baby or child sessions, this prop is one you are absolutely welcome to incorporate into your studio photo shoot. Did you know most clients receive 70-90 photos in their gallery from each session? I deliver galleries typically within about one week and they are FULLY EDITED and ready for download. A lot of my clients are surprised by this - I have a tried and true system for editing starting with curating the gallery (culling thru hundreds of images to narrow down to the very best), editing, fine tuning in Photoshop and then uploading and sending your beautiful gallery complete with slideshow set to music that you can download and share with your friends and family.⁣

If you haven`t heard: I`m doing away with the 3-year rule! Covid was absolute craziness for me. I was completely overwhelmed with work and while it was a huge financial blessing to my family for me to work so much, I am SO glad things have gotten back to normal with the pace of business and the balance of life it has afforded me.
