Family Photographer CT: The Briscoe Family

If you watch SPORTSCENTER on ESPN, you might be recognize this funny, beautiful and smart mama:  Nicole Briscoe.

If you’re a race-car enthusiast, you might recognize this sweet and athletic dad:  Ryan Briscoe.

If you’re a PHOTOGRAPHER, you’ve heard of NAPCP (National Association of Professional Childhood Photographers)   and you know how GREAT their monthly magazines are!  I was HONORED to be asked in late 2019 to be the featured photographer for the January 2020 issue.  I sent NAPCP over 150 images to choose from when creating their January issue and Nicole and Ryan’s family image for THE COVER IMAGE!

Nicole, I ordered and am holding a hard copy for you.  I might need to drop it off to you in the next few days out of sheer NEEDING TO GET OUT OF THE HOUSE FOR  A DRIVE!!!!  Whatta ya think?!

So what you might not know is that these two are married and are quite the power-duo.  I’ve gotten to know them over the last few years photographing their gorgeous girls from newborn thru kindergarten now and I consider Nicole one of those clients who has genuinely turned into a friend.  When we showed up to this farm location, Nicole told me she hopes I’m not mad she’s not wearing a flowey dress and typical country wardrobe as seen in so much of my work.  (insert my laughing because her cashmere/leather black and rose wardrobe coordination was beyond PERFECTION).

I LOVE the juxtaposition of city wardrobe in a country setting or BRIGHT color wardrobe down at the beach like deep red dresses against the blue ocean.  You can see from this snippet of images from the Briscoe family’s session just what I mean!

Nicole & Ryan:  Thanks for entrusting me again to capture your sweet family’s portraits as we attempt to freeze just a moment in time as these littles just won’t stop growing right in front of our eyes!  Your family is GORGEOUS, the love is PALPABLE in these images – the girls are ever-so-lucky to have such strong and smart examples as mom & dad.  Thank you for allowing me to capture your love! xoxoxoxo, Saren
